What happens if I cancel my preorder?

You can cancel at any time here before your preorder ships via our self-serve portal. You will receive an email confirming the refund and will see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. Please note, we are only able to issue refunds to the original payment method from the order. We are not able to refund to alternate payment methods.
