Fleur du Mal will accept returns on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached initiated within 30 days of your order shipping. Please note: items that have been tried on with direct skin contact which show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Signs of wear can include, but are not limited to, unhygienic or deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, odor or fragrance. We recommend always wearing your own underwear when first trying on your purchase.

Once your return is delivered back to us, our team thoroughly inspects all items ensuring they are in new condition. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered back to us. If your return is accepted and you have not initiated an exchange or repurchased using ShopNow, you will receive a notification of your refund or store credit via email.

Fleur du Mal reserves the right to refuse any return that is received worn, damaged, or does not comply with the aforementioned policies. In the instance that a return is received in unacceptable condition, your return will be cancelled and the item will be shipped back to you via FedEx ground shipping.

Full priced merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund. Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. 

Items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are final sale and are non-returnable.

Fleur du Mal charges a $10 return fee on all Domestic U.S. returns for refund. Domestic U.S. returns for store credit, exchange, or ShopNow purchases are free.

International returns incur a return fee the equivalent of $20 USD in one's local currency. International returns are not eligible for size exchange or store credit at this time.

Returns made outside of our returns systems cannot be processed.

We are not able to accept web returns in stores.

EU/EFTA RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
