How To Have The Chicest Day In The Hamptons
- Back
- August 04, 2023
Hop on the Jitney or hitch a helicopter ride–the Hamptons are calling your name. Pack your bags with posh staples and prepare to rub elbows with the social set’s upper echelon. When you’re not too busy lounging by the heated pool or soaking up the sun in the sand, you can count on Fleur to take you around town in style. After all, seeing and being seen is the name of our whole game.
From chic brunches in Southampton and waterfront sips in Sag Harbor to shopping excursions in Bridgehampton and artsy escapes in Water Mill, here’s how we suggest you take on the days out East this season. Psst: Keep an eye out, because Fleur will be hitting the Hamptons ourselves this summer…
First Things First,
The Coffee Run
Start your day with some Italian flair at this recently opened daytime outpost from the posh Tutto Il Giorna family of East End eateries. The cafe and pasticceria is an equal-parts chic and cozy spot to grab a latte and a breakfast pastry to-go, or to settle in for an afternoon catch-up with your crew after pilates. The warm mid-century design, complete with rattan seats and slick banquettes, is enough to keep you lingering over quinoa salads and Roman-style pizza. And if the gossip gets too hot, you can all cool off with a scoop of gelato.
55 Main Street, East Hampton
You’re bound to see and be seen when you pick up your caffeine at Rosie’s. The coffee shop and eatery, which also offers a range of farm-to-table provisions, has been frequented by the tony locals since it first opened a few years ago. These days, the casual-cool outpost in the heart of Amagansett attracts a flock of fashionistas en route to morning workouts and/or rigorous shopping sessions. Stop by the always-lively coffee window or grab a table inside in the charming spot. Cold brew with a side of celebrity-spotting? Well, don’t mind if we do.
Getting Hungry?
Let's Brunch Babe
Bask in the sunlight and take in the salty air at this lively dockside dining destination. Sí Sí at EHP Resort and Marina whisks you away to the Mediterranean with the sultry flavors of Italy, Greece, Spain, and Morocco. Dotted with blonde wood and overhung with greenery, the white-washed space sets a breezy scene for fresh seafood, savory brunch dishes, and cocktails that range from the sweet to the smokey (much like your own summer personalities). For a sip with some kick, we’d suggest the passion fruit-infused Spicy Affair, fitting indeed if you stop by with your boo the morning after.
295 Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Rd, East Hampton
If, instead, you have a trip to St. Tropez in mind, just take a quick jaunt to Sag Harbor’s beloved French gem, Le Bilboquet. The waterfront setup makes you feel like you’re on the Côte d'Azur, while the light and bright bistro dining room bustles with a crowd of high-rollers and ladies-who-lunch. Let’s just say it’s the perfect spot to don your best “quiet luxury” ensemble while you tuck in for caviar, calamari, seafood towers, and a bottle of rosé with a front-row view of the yacht lineup. Who knows? You might even take a sunset cruise on one of them.

Need A Pick Me Up?
Shop ‘Til You Drop
Your one-stop shop for luxury feel-good essentials, from skincare to supplements, the Goop store in Sag Harbor is a wellness wonderland. You might embrace your inner health guru like Gwyneth herself with collagen mixes and gua sha face tools, or go full sexual empowerment with a range of boudoir toys, orgasmic candles, and later this summer, picks from none other than Fleur du Mal ourselves. Bring a *big* shopping bag, babe–you’re gonna need it.
4 Bay St, Sag Harbor
Need Some Inspiration?
Get Cultured
If you need a break from all the wining and dining out East, you’ll find respite, along with a hefty dose of high-brow culture, at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill. The dreamy location, which itself is quite the work of architectural art, is filled with colorful and contemporary masterpieces from acclaimed artists who have deep ties to the area. Feast your eyes on neon installations and abstract paintings; stroke your chin and soak in the meaning–you might even find your own creative spark of inspiration while you’re there. Wear your own piece of art in the Marilyn Monroe Slip Dress, our limited edition collaboration with photographer, Bert Stern.
