Assistant Manager of Social Media & Content Creator


We are looking for a fun, creative, and energetic individual who lives and breathes culture and trends and is passionate about creating fashion, RTW, lingerie, and trend-driven content that goes viral on TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate has experience in both social media content creation and the fashion, beauty, and influencer industries with a proven track record of creating viral content on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for concepting, creating, and editing both short-form and long-form videos, engaging with the audience authentically, and growing the brand’s follower base.This role works closely with the Manager of Social Media & Influencer Marketing, the Sr Director of Brand Marketing and the Art Director.Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Deliver a minimum of 15 final video assets per week to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Stay ahead of trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
  • Capture BTS content, street style, and event footage, ensuring timely turnaround for next-day publishing.
Community Engagement:
  • Monitor TikTok likes, comments, and DMs, engaging daily and authentically in line with Fleur du Mal’s brand voice.
  • Interact with customers, influencers, and the TikTok community, assisting with community management across all social platforms.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
  • Work closely with the Manager of Social Media & Influencer Marketing and the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing to support influencer efforts.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to integrate visual assets into content.
  • Take ideas from weekly brainstorms, the Art Director, and the Founder and bring them to life.
Paid Media & Influencer Marketing Support:
  • Identify TikTok trends and creators that align with lingerie vs. RTW and work with the Manager of Influencer Marketing to scale influencer efforts.Experience with ShopMy is a plus.
  • Keeps pulse on TikTok Influencers and Content Creators and invites them into the retail boutiques to shoot and film content in store.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Team with producing paid ad content for TikTok and YouTube, including boosting Spark ads and editing video content for performance marketing.
Organization & Process:
  • Maintain proper naming conventions for video assets when uploading to Google Drive.
  • Execute social and content tasks independently, requiring minimal guidance.
  • Responsible for AirTable calendar management and staying ahead two to three weeks in content planning
Who You Are:
  • Highly passionate about video content creation, storytelling, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker who understands social trends and what makes content viral.
  • Comfortable being on set and capturing content on the go.
  • Attends events and photoshoots as needed, knowing next day asset turnaround is required

Annual Salary | $65,000 - $85,000 BOE
