• How do I join?

  We've got you, babe. If you are an existing Fleur du Mal customer, you are already signed up to the fleur loyalty program as long as you've created an account! Just sign into your account and review the loyalty page to see your tier level.

  If you are a new customer, simply sign up for an account here. Once signed up, be sure to sign in and check out with the same email each time you shop.

• What is a fleurcoin?

  Fleurcoins are points you receive for each dollar spent. Each dollar spent equals one fleurcoin. Spend more to hit each higher tier and gain access to more benefits.

• When does my loyalty tier reset?

  The fleur loyalty program is based on a rolling 12 month calendar. The calendar is activated once you enter a tier.

  For example, customers who crossed the tier entry threshold on May 3rd, 2022 will retain that tier until May 3rd, 2023.

• How do I redeem my free birthday gift?

  Because you deserve it. Make sure that you've registered your birth date on your account page, and look out for an email from us with instructions on how to redeem your gift during the month of your birthday.

• How do I sign up for a fit or style consultation?

  Get to know us. Reach out to our Client Services team at fleur@fleurdumal.com to sign up for your free styling and sizing consultation.

• How will I be given early access to the semi annual sales?

  VIP, baby. Tier 2 and above grants you access to our exclusive email list. We'll send a private invite to our upcoming sales prior to the sale launch via email.

• How do I redeem free 2 day shipping on all orders?

  Don't worry, we've made it easy. Free 2 day shipping will be automatically applied at checkout as long as you're logged into your account.

• Will dollars spent prior to fleur loyalty sign up count towards my tier total?

  You will only receive points for purchases made after signing up for the loyalty program.

• When will my new purchase be reflected on the loyalty page?

  You will be awarded fleurcoin for your purchase when your order has shipped out. However, your point balance and tier status will be adjusted down within 30 days of your purchase if you make a return.

• When did I start earning fleurcoins for my purchases?

  The Loyalty Program was launched on April 21st, 2022. You started earning fleurcoins on April 21st, 2022, or whenever you made your first purchase and created an account after April 21st, 2022.
