Fleurcoins are points you receive for each dollar spent before taxes. Each dollar spent equals one fleurcoin. Spend more to hit each higher tier and gain access to more benefits.

The Fleur loyalty program is based on orders placed and a rolling 12 month calendar. An order remains a qualifying value towards your tier for 365 days after the order is fulfilled and the points for the order are added to your account
For example, customers who place an order qualifying them for a specific tier (ie, a $2000USD order qualifying them for tier 3) crossed the tier entry threshold on May 3rd, 2022 will retain that tier until May 3rd, 2023.

Because you deserve it. Make sure that you've registered your birth date on your account page, and look out for an email from us on that date with instructions on how to redeem your discount during the 30 days after it is issued. Once received, you'll have 30 days to enjoy your birthday treat with a one-time use discount code. Birthday discounts cannot be reactivated or utilized after this time frame, sorry!
