Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of month-end close
- Assist with reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Own multiple sales/returns reconciliations with 3rd party marketplace platforms
- Manage sales tax reconciliation
- Manage inventory and CGS reconciliation
- Assist with annual accounting review
- Assist with budgeting/forecasting
- Ad Hoc reporting
Qualifications
- The right professional must have strong day to day accounting in the consumer goods industry
- Accounting Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, month-end close, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
- Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
