How to measure

Start by standing in front of a mirror wearing your best-fitting, non-padded underwire bra. You'll also need a soft measuring tape. Remember to measure in inches.

The Band

Your bra's band provides most of its support (not the straps!) Most women are wearing a band that's too loose.

With a measuring tape, measure below your bust, directly below the wire of your bra.
Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor, i.e at the same level on your back, sides and front.
Enter this number in the "band measurement" box below.

Hot Tip: In between numbers? Round to the nearest whole number.

The Bust

Loop the measuring tape around your back, just under your shoulder blades to measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep the measuring tape level from end to end, ensuring it is close, but not too tight, to find a comfortable and snug position.
Enter this number in the "bust measurement" box below.

Hot Tip: If the measurement falls on the half inch, round it up!

practically perfect
I love the feel of this bra. However it took me a while to get the sizing right. I'm 5'2' and weigh 125#. I have worn 34B bra my entire life in literally every other brand. However the 34B in this brand was too small in an odd way. It felt tight around the band even on the last hook, also it "smashed" my breasts and made this weird looking bump where the top of the fabric ended, totally defeating the purpose of "T-shirt" bra. The sales rep told me to size up to 36B. That fits better, not so tight, but now that I have been wearing it for a couple of weeks, I can feel the sides of the underwire at the tops of my arms. It's such an expensive bra, it should be perfect but now I'm stuck with it. I think the sizing is not very consistent because I have a 34B in the LeMicro Stretch and it fits like a dream.
