Classic Pińa Colada
You'll need
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- 4 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 diced fresh pineapple, frozen
- 1 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
To make
Put the ice, pineapple slices, coconut cream with white and dark rums into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour into two glasses and garnish the rim with pineapple slices, or a maraschino cherry.
